Individual Counseling:

​A typical session is 50 - 55 minutes in duration and the fee is $165. Payment can be made by HSA/FSA, or credit card at the time of service. 

Insurance:

I am an out of network provider, however I can provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to file with your insurance company for personal reimbursement. Generally, insurance companies will reimburse you for 50-80% of the fee dependent on your specific policy. You may check to see if you have out-of-network coverage by contacting your insurance company.

Self pay:

If you desire a higher level of privacy, self pay is also offered. Please consider that insurance requires a diagnosis for any reimbursement or use of an itemized receipt/superbill. Your insurance company may also request your records.

Good Faith Estimate:

Clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate explaining the cost of medical care prior to receiving services. ​More information about the ‘No Surprises Act’ can be found here.
